SMA Families
Participation in the Conference entails payment of a small conference fee to offset its costs. Payment should made online at the time of registering. Accepted payment methods are: credit/debit card, express payment (Polish banks only), PayPal.General Part
Fee includes participation in all agenda items on Friday (except Experts Meeting) and Saturday as well as all meals and coffee breaks.- Children and adults with SMA: free
- Accompanying adults: €25 per person
- Accompanying children up to 3 years of age: free
- Accompanying children over 3 years: €12 per child
Accommodation
The fee is for a standard double room on 18 August, additional bedding if required, and delicious breakfast on the following morning.- €25 per room – SMA families
- €45 per room – other participants (healthcare professionals, etc.)
Special arrangements
Families diagnosed with SMA during 2016 or 2017 who will be coming to the Conference for the first time are welcome to participate for free. Such families should please indicate this fact in the Comments box on the registration form and complete the form normally (selecting any payment method) but do not proceed with payment when at the Payment screen.SMA families who are in a particularly difficult situation are invited to contact the Organiser to arrange for participation free of cost.
Invited experts
The Expert Meeting is for invited experts only and is free.Cancellations and refunds
- Cancellations up to 7 August 2017: all fees less an administration fee of €6 will be refunded (administration fee covers our payment processing and accounting costs).
- Cancellations between 7 and 16 August 2017: 50 percent of fees will be refunded (due to conditions placed by the Conference Centre) less an administration fee of €6.
- Cancellations on or after 17 August 2017: no refunds. Your rooms and meals have been booked and need to be paid for.
